 What does "made to order" mean?

we have a number of products that are made to order especially for our buyers. Some factories/manufacturers only MAKE TO ORDER, they don't have stock sitting on the shelves. Lead time is around 7-10 days BEFORE dispatch. 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in USD. However, we have geolocation enabled which will allow you to shop in your own country currency.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ensure items ship as fast as they can. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to ship out, average delivery timeframes are 20-37 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days AFTER your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't receive a tracking number, please contact me >>here<< or contact me via live chat.

COVID-19 NOTE: due to the global pandemic some orders are taking MUCH LONGER than 20-60 days to arrive! Please don't panic, your order will be in transit, just delayed due to COVID, carriers, couriers, plane delays etc. I will keep an eye on your parcel at all times and keep you updated if there are any issues.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We allow you 14 days to send your order back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase price. Please Include your name and order number in the returned parcel.

ORDER HAS SHIPPED: Please note, if your order has already shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it dispatches. If the item has already dispatched, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, please notify me via message here or contact me via live chat. If the given address is wrong, I can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. The average shipping time is usually between 20-60 days.

Do you sell brand name products? YES & NO! brand names are not specified as I have a various range of suppliers, so if one supplier is out of stock, I can usually get the item(s) from another supplier or I can have them made especially for you.
